Custom baseball bag manufacturer Built around the bat and glove, not a generic duffel
Ronta builds private-label baseball bags for teams, leagues and retail programs. Bat sleeves, helmet pockets and cleat vents are set against the actual gear before the first sample. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
A bat sleeve that fits
A generic sleeve sized by guess. Bats rattle together, or a -3 bat does not fit, and the sleeve sags open.
Cleat ventilation
One sealed cavity. Cleats, glove and a clean change share the same air, and the leather glove picks up the smell.
A fence hook that holds
A plastic clip that snaps under a loaded bag hung on a dugout fence, dropping the whole kit.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so team color, webbing and hardware drift between seasons.
Baseball bag types, built around the gear
Each style can be reworked with your fabric, team colorway and pocket plan. Bat and helmet compartments are sized to the gear.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A baseball bag is defined by how it holds the bat, how it vents and how it hangs. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that does not fit the gear.
Compartment architecture
Bat sleeves, helmet pocket, ventilated cleat bay and glove compartment are planned as separate volumes so used gear does not sit on a glove or clean clothes.
Carry & hanging
Padded shoulder strap, backpack straps, or a telescoping handle and wheels, plus a metal fence hook for dugout hanging. The carry is chosen for the player and the field.
Shell & base
600D or 1680D polyester with a tarpaulin or molded base that survives being set down on dirt, turf and dugout concrete.
Color & branding
Pantone-matched team panels, name and number panels, woven labels, embroidery and screen print. A flat panel is reserved for your logo.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with lockable pulls, metal fence hooks, D-rings and custom zipper pullers. Hardware color is held on the sample card.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells and hardware matched to the diamond
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Heavy shells
1680D and 900D ballistic polyester for wheeled gear bags and catcher bags that take daily abrasion and a loaded bat.
Everyday shells
600D polyester for backpacks, drawstring bags and glove bags where weight and pack-down matter more than heavy load.
Bases & abrasion
Tarpaulin or molded EVA bases on every bag that sits on dirt or dugout concrete, so the bottom does not soak through or wear through.
Ventilation
Mesh panels and grommeted cleat bays that let used gear breathe, with lining fabric chosen to protect a leather glove.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with lockable pulls, metal fence hooks, D-rings and custom zipper pullers held on the sample card.
Recycled options
RPET polyester where a lower-impact line is part of the brief, with material documentation available on request.
Four programs, four different loads
A youth bat backpack and a catcher gear bag share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the gear it has to carry.
Youth & league
Backpacks with bat sleeves sized for youth leagues — a helmet pocket, a cleat vent, and a name panel so a squad of bags stays sorted.
Varsity & travel
Wheeled gear bags that carry a full kit — bats, helmet, glove and cleats — with a fence hook and a base that survives the dugout.
Catcher & position
Position-specific bags for catchers who carry leg guards, chest protector and mask, with compartments sized to that bulky gear.
Team & retail
Team-color duffels and drawstring bags with name and number panels for squad issue and retail, packed to go to a store or a dugout without a repack.
A baseball bag program with dates you can plan a season around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom-dyed fabric can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Gear & team
Which bats, helmet and glove go in the bag, the team colorway, and how it hangs. We flag bat sleeve, cleat vent and fence hook before sampling starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample after materials and compartment layout are confirmed, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Fit & load check
You load the sample with the real gear, check the bat fit, the fence hook under load and the logo placement. Approved specs stay on file.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing and inspection in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and fabric availability.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
Questions buyers ask before a baseball bag order
Practical answers on MOQ, sampling, bat sleeves and team colorways — the details that decide whether a baseball bag fits the gear.
We produce bat bags, helmet bags, catcher gear bags, wheeled gear bags, team duffels, youth backpacks, glove bags, coach equipment bags, drawstring bags, and ball carriers. Every style is built to your custom gear list, team colorway and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style and colorway. Stock-fabric builds can sometimes start lower. Custom-dyed team fabric or dedicated tooling may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. Tell us the bat length and barrel diameter, and the helmet model, and we size the sleeve, pocket and closure around them before the pattern is cut.
Yes. We specify a metal fence hook or reinforced webbing loop, bar-tacked into the body seam, and check it under load on the sample.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
Approved patterns, material cards and hardware samples stay on file, so a reorder matches the original sample in color, dimension and compartment layout. New colors can be added without repeating the full development cycle.
We export to more than 60 countries, including North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with commercial documents for your broker.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings or samples. Patterns and branding developed for your project are used only for your orders.
