Custom first aid bag manufacturer Organized for fast access, not a generic pouch
Ronta builds private-label first aid bags for retail, sports, industrial and responder programs. Compartment layout, cross branding and fabric weight are set against the actual contents before the first sample. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
Compartments that fit the contents
Generic pockets sized by guess. Bandages sit loose, scissors rattle, and the user digs through one cavity in an emergency.
A cross that stays visible
A printed cross that cracks off after a season of handling, leaving the bag unidentifiable in a cabinet.
A zipper that opens fast
A light zipper that binds when the bag is full, costing seconds when speed matters.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so red shade, webbing and hardware drift between batches.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A first aid bag is defined by what it holds and how fast it opens. Leaving any of that open is how a sample arrives that does not fit the kit.
Compartment architecture
The number, size and depth of pockets is set by the contents list. Elastic loops, dividers and transparent panels keep items visible and separated.
Carry & mounting
Grab handles, shoulder straps, belt loops, or wall-mount straps. The carry is chosen for where the bag lives — a cabinet, a vehicle, or a responder’s shoulder.
Shell & visibility
600D polyester in high-visibility red, orange or yellow, with reflective trim and a medical cross for quick identification in low light.
Color & branding
Pantone-matched panels, reflective piping, woven labels, embroidery and rubber patches. A flat panel is reserved for your logo and the medical cross.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with easy-grip pulls, acetal buckles, D-rings and hook-and-loop closures. Hardware color is held on the sample card.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells and hardware matched to the kit
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Everyday shells
600D polyester in red, white or custom colorways for retail and sports first aid bags that are handled often.
Heavy shells
1680D nylon for industrial and responder bags that are dragged, dropped, or stowed in vehicles.
Visibility
Reflective tape, high-visibility colorways, and molded or embroidered medical crosses for fast identification.
Lining & dividers
210D polyester linings, transparent PVC panels, elastic loops and PE board dividers that hold shape and keep contents organized.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with easy-grip pulls, acetal buckles, D-rings and hook-and-loop closures held on the sample card.
Recycled options
RPET shells where a lower-impact line is part of the brief, with material documentation available on request.
Four programs, four different kits
A retail first aid pouch and an industrial responder bag share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the kit it has to hold.
Sports & teams
Team first aid bags with compartmented layouts for tape, bandages and cold packs, and a colorway that matches the club.
Industrial & workplace
Heavy-duty first aid kits in high-visibility colorways for factories and job sites, with durable shells that survive a workshop floor.
First response
Responder bags with reflective trim, grab handles and modular compartments for professionals who need the kit open and visible in seconds.
Retail & home
Wall-mounted and refillable first aid cases for retail shelves and home cabinets, with transparent panels for content checks.
A first aid bag program with dates you can plan around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom-dyed fabric can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Contents & use case
What goes in the bag, where it lives, and who opens it. We ask for the contents list or the kit itself, and flag compartments, cross branding and fabric before sampling.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample after materials and compartment layout are confirmed, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Fit & access check
You load the sample with the real contents, check zipper access, compartment fit and logo placement. Approved specs stay on file for the reorder.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing and inspection in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and fabric availability.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
Questions buyers ask before a first aid bag order
Practical answers on MOQ, sampling, compartments and branding — the details that decide whether a first aid bag fits the kit.
We produce first aid kit bags, portable medical pouches, tactical trauma bags, first responder bags, EMS bags, roll pouches, wall-mounted cabinet bags, refillable cases, sports team bags, industrial kits, pet first aid bags, and travel pouches. Every style is built to your custom contents list, fabric and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style and colorway. Stock-fabric builds can sometimes start lower. Custom-dyed fabric or dedicated tooling may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. Send the contents list or the kit itself, and we lay out pocket width, depth, elastic loops and dividers around it. Each item gets a defined home, and a missing item is obvious at a glance.
The cross is applied via embroidery, reflective print, or molded rubber patch on a flat panel. The method is confirmed on the sample so it survives cleaning and daily handling.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
Approved patterns, material cards and hardware samples stay on file, so a reorder matches the original sample in color, dimension and compartment layout. New colors can be added without repeating the full development cycle.
We export to more than 60 countries, including North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with commercial documents for your broker.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings, contents lists or samples. Patterns and branding developed for your project are used only for your orders.
