Custom mobility bag manufacturer Built around the aid, not a generic pouch
Ronta builds private-label mobility bags for wheelchair, walker, rollator and scooter programs. Attachment points, pocket layout and fabric weight are set against the actual aid before the first sample. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
Attachment that fits the aid
A generic hook or strap that fits one wheelchair and rattles loose on another, dropping the bag onto the wheel.
A pocket plan that matches daily use
Generic pockets sized by guess. A phone sits loose, a water bottle tips over, and the user digs through one cavity.
Fabric that survives daily handling
A light polyester that snags on the aid frame and tears within a season of daily use.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so fabric shade, webbing and hardware drift between batches.
Mobility bag types, built around the aid
Each style can be reworked with your fabric, colorway and pocket plan. Attachment is matched to the aid it has to fit.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A mobility bag is defined by how it attaches, what it carries and how often it is handled. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that does not fit the aid.
Attachment system
Hook-and-loop loops, snap buckles, D-rings, elastic straps or a drawstring. The mount is chosen for the aid and how quickly the user needs to take the bag on and off.
Pocket architecture
The number, size and depth of pockets is set by what the user carries daily. Each item gets a defined home so it does not shift in transit.
Shell & weight
600D polyester for everyday bags, heavier nylon where the bag is dragged or set down. Weight matters for users with limited grip, so we balance durability against handling.
Color & branding
Pantone-matched panels, reflective piping, woven labels, embroidery and screen print. A flat panel is reserved for your logo so it sits clean, not over a seam.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with easy-grip pulls, acetal buckles and D-rings. Hardware color is held on the sample card so a reorder matches.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells and hardware matched to the aid
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Everyday shells
600D polyester with a water-resistant coating for walker, wheelchair and scooter bags that are handled daily.
Heavy shells
1680D nylon where the bag is dragged, set on the ground, or carries heavier items like oxygen accessories.
Attachment hardware
Hook-and-loop, snap buckles, D-rings, elastic loops and webbing straps — chosen for the aid and held on the sample card.
Lining & foam
210D polyester linings and EPE foam padding for pockets that protect a phone, glasses or medication.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with easy-grip pulls, acetal side-release buckles, and custom zipper pullers.
Recycled options
RPET shells where a lower-impact line is part of the brief, with material documentation available on request.
Four programs, four different aids
A walker organizer and a scooter rear bag share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the aid it has to fit.
Home & daily living
Walker and wheelchair bags built for daily errands — a phone pocket that is reachable from a seated position, a water bottle sleeve, and attachment that stays put.
Mobility scooters
Front and rear scooter bags with zip pockets for shopping and personal items, and reflective trim for low-light visibility.
Travel & transport
Wheelchair backpacks and transport bags that carry personal items on the chair and fold flat when not in use.
Care facilities
Color-coded pouches and name panels for facilities that issue bags to residents, with durable linings that withstand regular cleaning.
A mobility bag program with dates you can plan around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom-dyed fabric can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Aid & daily use
Which aid, what the user carries daily, and how the bag attaches. We flag fabric weight, pocket plan and attachment before sampling starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample after materials and attachment are confirmed, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Fit notes
You check the fit on the aid, the attachment clearance and the logo placement. Approved specs stay on file for the reorder.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing and inspection in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and fabric availability.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
Questions buyers ask before a mobility bag order
Practical answers on MOQ, sampling, attachment and materials — the details that decide whether a mobility bag fits the aid.
We produce wheelchair side pouches and backpacks, walker organizer bags and tray bags, rollator storage bags, mobility scooter front and rear bags, cane holders, and under-seat storage bags. Every style is built to your custom design, fabric, attachment and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style and colorway. Stock-fabric builds can sometimes start lower. Custom-dyed fabric or dedicated tooling may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. Send the aid model, a reference sample, or a dimensioned drawing, and we match the attachment — loops, buckles, D-rings or hook-and-loop — so the bag stays put without fouling brakes or wheels.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
We offer wipe-clean PU-coated polyester and water-resistant 600D shells for facility programs. Lining and coating choices are confirmed on the sample so the bag meets your cleaning routine.
Approved patterns, material cards and hardware samples stay on file, so a reorder matches the original sample in color, dimension and attachment. New colors can be added without repeating the full development cycle.
We export to more than 60 countries, including North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with commercial documents for your broker.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings or samples. Patterns and branding developed for your project are used only for your orders.
