MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style. Non-woven event bags can run at high volume with a lower effective unit cost. Custom print colors or sublimation may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Screen print, heat transfer, full-color sublimation and woven labels. The method is matched to the fabric and the expected wear over the campaign, and checked on the pre-production sample.
The quotation breaks out fabric, print, construction and packing so the unit cost you approve is the unit cost you pay at bulk. Volume tiers are quoted up front.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after fabric and artwork are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, scheduled against your event date. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
