Custom rescue bag manufacturer Built for fast access, not a generic pack
Ronta builds private-label rescue bags for SAR teams, EMS and disaster relief programs. Compartment layout, reflective trim and carry are set against the response before the first sample. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
Compartments that fit the kit
Generic pockets sized by guess. A trauma dressing sits loose, shears rattle, and the responder digs through one cavity in the dark.
Reflective trim that stays visible
A reflective tape that peels off after a season of field use, leaving the bag hard to spot at night.
A zipper that opens fast
A light zipper that binds when the bag is full, costing seconds when speed matters.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so color, webbing and hardware drift between batches.
Rescue bag types, organized for fast access
Each style can be reworked with your fabric, colorway and compartment plan. Pockets are sized to your kit list.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A rescue bag is defined by what it holds, how fast it opens and how visible it is. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that does not fit the response.
Compartment architecture
Trauma pockets, airway sleeves, shear loops, tourniquet holders and a clear-panel inventory are planned as separate volumes so the responder finds each item fast.
Carry & mounting
Grab handles, shoulder straps, backpack straps, or vehicle-mount straps. The carry is chosen for where the bag lives — a vehicle, a pack, or a responder’s shoulder.
Shell & visibility
600D or 1680D polyester in high-visibility red, orange or lime, with reflective tape and a medical cross for fast identification in low light.
Color & branding
Pantone-matched panels, reflective piping, woven labels, embroidery and rubber patches. A flat panel is reserved for your agency crest.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with easy-grip pulls, acetal buckles, D-rings and hook-and-loop closures. Hardware color is held on the sample card.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells and hardware matched to the response
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Heavy shells
1680D nylon for responder and disaster relief bags that are dragged, dropped, or stowed in vehicles.
Everyday shells
600D polyester in high-visibility colorways for SAR and EMS bags that are handled often.
Visibility
Reflective tape, high-visibility red, orange and lime colorways, and molded or embroidered medical crosses for fast identification.
Lining & dividers
210D polyester linings, transparent PVC panels, elastic loops and PE board dividers that hold shape and keep the kit organized.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with easy-grip pulls, acetal buckles, D-rings and hook-and-loop closures held on the sample card.
Recycled options
RPET polyester where a lower-impact line is part of the brief, with material documentation available on request.
Four programs, four different responses
A water rescue throw bag and a disaster relief supply bag share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the response it serves.
Search & rescue
SAR bags with reflective trim, grab handles and modular compartments for teams who need the kit open and visible in rough terrain.
Mountain & wilderness
Mountain rescue packs with gear loops and a base that survives rock and snow, sized to a technical rescue kit.
Disaster relief
High-visibility relief bags with logo panels and durable shells for agencies that issue bags in bulk after a disaster.
EMS & medical
EMS and trauma bags with clear-panel inventory, elastic loops and a cross emblem for professional responders.
A rescue bag program with dates you can plan around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom-dyed fabric can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Kit & response
What goes in the bag, the response type, and where it lives. We ask for the kit list, and flag compartments, reflective trim and fabric before sampling.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample after materials and compartment layout are confirmed, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Fit & access check
You load the sample with the real kit, check zipper access, compartment fit and logo placement. Approved specs stay on file.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing and inspection in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and fabric availability.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
Questions buyers ask before a rescue bag order
Practical answers on MOQ, sampling, compartments and visibility — the details that decide whether a rescue bag fits the response.
We produce search and rescue bags, tactical rescue packs, medical trauma bags, water rescue throw bags, mountain rescue packs, emergency response packs, disaster relief bags, EMS bags, avalanche packs, and tactical medical packs. Every style is built to your custom kit list, colorway and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style and colorway. Stock-fabric builds can sometimes start lower. Custom-dyed fabric or dedicated tooling may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. Send the kit list or the kit itself, and we lay out pocket width, depth, elastic loops and dividers around it. Each item gets a defined home, and a missing item is obvious at a glance.
Yes. Reflective tape grade and application are confirmed on the sample, with high-visibility red, orange or lime colorways and a medical cross for fast identification in low light.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
Approved patterns, material cards and hardware samples stay on file, so a reorder matches the original sample in color, dimension and compartment layout. New colors can be added without repeating the full development cycle.
We export to more than 60 countries, including North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with commercial documents for your broker.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings, kit lists or samples. Patterns and branding developed for your project are used only for your orders.
