Custom roller bags manufacturer Your wheel, handle, shell and hardware
Ronta builds private-label roller bags for travel, gear, beauty and tool brands. Wheel type, telescoping handle, shell structure and hardware are locked on a physical sample before bulk. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
Wheels rated for the load
Generic inline wheels that wobble, flat-spot or shear off under a fully loaded bag on rough pavement.
A handle that does not collapse
A telescoping handle that sticks, wobbles or fails to lock at full extension under load.
A shell that holds its shape
A soft shell with no structure that sags over the wheels and drags on the ground when loaded.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so wheel type, handle length and shell shade drift between batches.
Roller bag types, built to your spec
Each style can be reworked with your wheel, handle, shell and hardware. The first four images are verified sample builds from our factory; the remaining images are illustrative style references for roller bag types we produce, not actual Ronta product photos.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A roller bag is defined by its wheels, its handle and its structure. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that drags or wobbles under load.
Wheel system
Inline skate wheels, spinner wheels or heavy-duty corner wheels — durometer and bearing matched to the loaded weight and the surface.
Telescoping handle
Aluminum tube gauge, extension travel and lock mechanism specified for the load, with a padded grab handle as backup.
Shell & structure
Soft-shell, semi-structured or hard-frame construction with base panel and internal frame so a filled bag tracks straight and clears the ground.
Compartments
Main capacity, divider panels, compression straps and separate compartments set by what the bag carries and how it is packed.
Hardware & branding
YKK or equivalent zippers, lockable pulls, ID windows, woven labels and custom zipper pullers — held on the sample card.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells, wheels and handles matched to the load
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Shells
1680D and 900D polyester and nylon shells with water-resistant coating, chosen for abrasion resistance and shape retention under load.
Base & frame
Reinforced base panels and internal wire or plastic frames that keep a loaded roller off the ground and tracking straight.
Wheels
Inline skate, spinner or corner wheels with durometer and bearing matched to the loaded weight and the expected surface.
Handles
Aluminum telescoping handles with lock mechanisms, plus padded top and side grab handles for lifting into overhead bins.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers, lockable pulls, ID windows and compression straps, held on the sample card for reorders.
Lining
210D polyester linings with divider panels and organizational pockets sized to the program.
Four programs, four different loads
A wheeled travel duffel and a rolling gear bag share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the load it has to carry.
Travel & luggage
Roller luggage and carry-ons with telescoping handles and spinner or inline wheels for airline travel and daily transit.
Wheeled duffels
Wheeled duffels for team travel and relocation, with large capacity, reinforced bases and retractable pull handles.
Gear & equipment
Rolling gear bags for sports, photo and equipment transport, with structured shells and heavy-duty wheels.
Rolling coolers
Rolling insulated coolers for grocery, picnic and food delivery, with wheels sized to a loaded, temperature-held bag.
A roller bag program with dates you can plan around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom hardware can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Load & use
What the roller carries, the surface and the destination market. We flag wheel, handle and shell spec before sampling starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample with your wheels, handle, shell and hardware, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Roll & load check
You check the roll, handle lock, ground clearance and logo placement. Approved specs stay on file for the reorder.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing, hardware fitting and packing in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and hardware.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
Questions buyers ask before a roller bag order
Practical answers on MOQ, sampling, wheels and handles — the details that decide whether a roller bag tracks straight under load.
We produce roller luggage and carry-ons, wheeled duffels, rolling backpacks, rolling gear and equipment bags, rolling cosmetic cases, rolling tool bags and rolling coolers. Every style is built to your custom wheel, handle, shell and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style. Custom wheels, dedicated telescoping-handle tooling or custom-dyed fabric may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. We specify wheel type, durometer and bearing, and telescoping-handle tube gauge and lock mechanism against the loaded weight. Hardware samples stay on file so a reorder matches.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after hardware and materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and hardware. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
We match shell weight, base panel and internal frame to the load so a filled roller tracks straight and clears the ground. Structure is confirmed on the pre-production sample.
Yes. We build rolling insulated coolers for grocery, picnic and food delivery, with wheels and handles sized to a loaded, temperature-held bag.
We export to more than 60 countries on FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP terms by sea or air, with commercial documents for your customs broker.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings or samples. Patterns and branding developed for your project are used only for your orders.
