What We Specify
Zippers on a bag that opens every day
Zipper brand, gauge and tape color are written on the sample card — YKK or an equivalent you approve — and that card is what the next order is cut against.
Risk if left unspecified: A zipper grade left off the spec. After a season of gym use it binds, and the reorder arrives with a different tape color.
Wet kit against clean clothes
A ventilated shoe bay, a coated wet pouch and a main compartment are planned as three volumes. Lining fabric is chosen with that split in mind and confirmed on the sample.
Risk if left unspecified: One open cavity. Shoes, towels and a clean shirt share the same air, and the lining holds the smell.
Handles that take a loaded bag
Bar-tacked handle junctions and a webbing loop that carries the load into the body seam, checked on the line before the carton is closed.
Risk if left unspecified: A single stitch at the grab handle. That is where a full sports bag fails first.
A reorder that no longer matches
Approved patterns, shade references and hardware samples stay on file. A reorder is cut from those, not from memory.

Sport and load
Which sport, what goes in the bag, and how it is carried. We flag decoration, airline limits and anything that changes the pattern before sampling starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample after materials are confirmed, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Fit notes
You check pocket layout, strap length and logo placement. Approved specs stay on file for the reorder.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing and inspection in our 3,000 m² facility. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
Cartons out
FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.

What is the MOQ for a custom sport bag?
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style and colorway. Stock-fabric builds can sometimes start lower. Custom-dyed fabric or dedicated tooling may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
How long do sampling and production take?
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability.
Can one sport bag combine a shoe pocket, a wet pouch and a name panel?
Yes. We plan those as separate volumes so they do not crowd each other, and confirm weight and cost on the sample.
Do you make sport backpacks on this program?
This page covers holdall-style sport bags — gym, team, travel, yoga and wet-sport. Backpack programs are quoted separately so the pattern, straps and load rating are not mixed into a duffel spec.
Will a reorder match the first batch?
Approved patterns, material cards and decoration references stay on file. New colors can be added without repeating the full development cycle.

Shell & lining
600D polyester for everyday gym and team bags, heavier nylon where the base is dragged, ripstop when packed weight matters. RPET shells are available when a recycled line is part of the brief, with documentation on request.
Color
Pantone-matched panels and contrast binding. Custom-dyed fabric needs a higher quantity than stock colors — we say so in the quote, not after sampling.
Size & pockets
Volume is set by what the bag must hold: a pair of boots, a ball, a mat, or a week of kit. Pocket plan is locked before the pattern is cut.
Carry
Grab handles, a padded shoulder strap, or a trolley sleeve. Each attachment is bar-tacked. Wheels are an option, not a default.
Packing
Individual polybags, hangtags and export cartons. Marks and assortments are specified with the order so the warehouse does not re-sort the delivery.
