These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A tactical bag is defined by how it carries, what it attaches to and how it survives field use. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that fails in the field.
MOLLE system
Stitched bar-tacked webbing rows or laminated laser-cut panels, spaced to your accessory ecosystem so third-party pouches weave in cleanly.
Fabric & camouflage
500D/1000D Cordura-style nylon, 600D/900D polyester or ripstop, with PU/PVC backing. Multicam-style, woodland, digital, flecktarn or solid tactical colorways.
Hardware
Side-release buckles, D-rings, carabiners, zipper pulls and hook-and-loop patch fields — specified against the load and held on the sample card.
Carry & harness
Padded harnesses, load lifters, sternum and waist belts, hydration ports and drag handles, set against the load and duration of carry.
Branding
Embroidery, rubber and PVC patches, woven labels, morale patches, screen print and custom zipper pulls — applied to your Pantone references.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.

Pack shells
500D/1000D Cordura-style nylon and 600D/900D polyester with PU or PVC backing for water resistance and abrasion performance.
Base panels
1680D abrasion-resistant base panels where the bag is set on the ground or dragged during field use.
MOLLE & webbing
Stitched bar-tacked MOLLE rows or laminated laser-cut panels, with military-grade webbing at stress points.
Hardware
Side-release buckles, D-rings, carabiners and YKK or equivalent zippers with custom pullers, held on the sample card.
Harness
Padded mesh back panels, sternum straps, waist belts and hydration ports sized to the load and duration of carry.
Branding
Embroidery, rubber and PVC patches, woven labels and morale patch fields applied to your Pantone references.

We produce assault packs, patrol backpacks, chest rigs, waist bags and packs, sling bags, tactical duffels, rifle cases and utility pouches. Every style is built to your custom design, fabric, camouflage and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style. Custom camouflage printing, specialized hardware or Pantone dyeing can push the practical minimum higher because material suppliers set their own minimums. Multi-style programs in one shipment keep the total order efficient.
Yes. Send a physical sample, competitor bag, sketches or a tech pack. We measure it, reverse-engineer the pattern, document construction and hardware, and build a pre-production sample for your approval.
500D/1000D Cordura-style nylon, 600D/900D polyester, ripstop nylon and stretch woven panels, with PU or PVC backing. Camouflage options include Multicam-style, woodland, digital, flecktarn and solid coyote, ranger green, olive drab, khaki and black. Custom printed camouflage is available with your artwork, subject to mill minimums.
Yes. We build both stitched bar-tacked MOLLE webbing and laminated laser-cut MOLLE panels, spaced to your accessory ecosystem so third-party pouches weave in cleanly.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after specification and artwork are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on style complexity and order quantity. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
We export to more than 60 countries on FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP terms by sea or air, with commercial invoices, packing lists and compliance documentation for your customs broker.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings or samples. Patterns and branding developed for your project are used only for your orders.
