Custom team bag manufacturer Built around the squad, not a generic duffel
Ronta builds private-label team bags for clubs, schools and league programs. Name panels, colorways and carry points are set against the squad before the first sample. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
A name panel that reads clean
A name and number printed over a seam or zipper, so it distorts and looks off-brand across the squad.
A colorway that matches the kit
A “close enough” color that clashes with the team jersey, so the bag looks like a different brand.
Carry that takes a loaded bag
A single stitch at the grab handle. That is where a loaded team bag fails first on the bus.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so team color, webbing and hardware drift between seasons.
Team bag types, built around the squad
Each style can be reworked with your fabric, team colorway and name panels. Carry is matched to how the squad travels.
Team duffel

Team drawstring

Hydration backpack
Team first aid bag
Merchandise tote
Six decisions that make the bag yours
A team bag is defined by how it carries the brand and how it survives the season. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that looks off-brand.
Name & number panels
Flat panels reserved for player names and numbers, with chapter or squad patches so a fleet of bags stays sorted across the season.
Carry system
Grab handles, padded shoulder strap, backpack straps, or a telescoping handle and wheels. The carry is chosen for how the squad travels — bus, plane or locker.
Shell & base
600D or 1680D polyester with a tarpaulin or molded base that survives being set down on turf, concrete and locker-room floors.
Color & branding
Pantone-matched team colorways, contrast binding, woven labels, embroidery and screen print. A flat panel is reserved for your crest.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with lockable pulls, metal D-rings, fence hooks and custom zipper pullers. Hardware color is held on the sample card.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells and hardware matched to the squad
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Heavy shells
1680D and 900D ballistic polyester for wheeled gear bags and travel bags that take daily abrasion and a loaded kit.
Everyday shells
600D polyester for backpacks, drawstring bags and sideline bags where weight and pack-down matter more than heavy load.
Bases & abrasion
Tarpaulin or molded EVA bases on every bag that sits on turf or a locker-room floor, so the bottom does not soak through or wear through.
Ventilation
Mesh panels and grommeted bays that let used gear breathe, with lining fabric chosen to resist odor retention.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with lockable pulls, metal D-rings, fence hooks and custom zipper pullers held on the sample card.
Recycled options
RPET polyester where a lower-impact line is part of the brief, with material documentation available on request.
Four programs, four different squads
A school backpack and a travel team wheeled bag share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the squad it serves.
School & youth
Backpacks and drawstring bags for school squads — a name panel, a colorway that matches the kit, and a weight that suits younger players.
Travel & tournament
Wheeled gear bags that carry a full kit on the road — uniform, shoes, personal gear — with a base that survives hotel and gym floors.
Coaching & sideline
Coach and sideline bags with clipboard pockets, ball storage and first-aid organization for staff who run the bench.
Club & league
Player travel bags with name panels and team colorways for club issue, packed to go to a locker or a store without a repack.
A team bag program with dates you can plan a season around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom-dyed fabric can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Squad & kit
Which squad, the team colorway, and how the bag travels. We flag name panels, carry and base before sampling starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample after materials and panel layout are confirmed, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Brand & panel check
You check the colorway against the kit, the name panel and the carry under load. Approved specs stay on file.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing and inspection in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and fabric availability.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
Questions buyers ask before a team bag order
Practical answers on MOQ, sampling, colorways and name panels — the details that decide whether a team bag looks on-brand.
We produce team duffels, backpacks, wheeled gear bags, drawstring bags, coach bags, equipment ball bags, player travel bags, uniform garment bags, sideline bags, hydration backpacks, first aid bags, and merchandise totes. Every style is built to your custom team colorway, name panels and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style and colorway. Stock-fabric builds can sometimes start lower. Custom-dyed team fabric or dedicated tooling may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. Panels are Pantone-matched to the kit, with name and number panels, squad patches and woven labels. A flat panel is reserved for your crest so it sits clean.
Yes. Carton marks, assortments and individual labeling can be specified with the order so the warehouse does not re-sort the delivery before issue.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
Approved patterns, material cards and hardware samples stay on file, so a reorder matches the original sample in color, dimension and panel layout. New colors can be added without repeating the full development cycle.
We export to more than 60 countries, including North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with commercial documents for your broker.
