Custom tote bags manufacturer Your fabric, size, gusset and branding
Ronta builds private-label tote bags for retail, promotional, grocery and brand programs. Fabric weight, base construction, handle length and print are locked on a physical sample before bulk. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
A base that stands up
A flat single-layer base that collapses and sags the moment a grocery load is dropped in.
Handles that do not tear out
Thin handles stitched into a single seam that rips under a loaded bag.
Print that survives washing
A screen print that cracks or a heat transfer that peels after one wash cycle.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so fabric shade, handle length and print color drift between batches.
Tote bag types, built to your spec
Each style can be reworked with your fabric, size, gusset and branding. The gallery shows verified sample builds from our factory and common tote styles; where a sample photo is not yet on file, the card is marked pending — the style is available, the image is not.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A tote is defined by its fabric, its base and its handles. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that sags under load.
Fabric & weight
Canvas, cotton, non-woven PP, RPET polyester or insulated laminates — weight chosen for the carry load and the print method.
Base & gusset
Flat, gusseted or boxed-base construction with a reinforced bottom panel so a filled tote stands upright and holds its shape.
Handles
Handle length, width and material set by how the bag is carried — hand, shoulder or cross-body — with reinforced attachment.
Closure & trim
Open-top, zip closure, snap, hook-and-loop or drawstring, with pockets, key clips and interior dividers as the program needs.
Print & branding
Screen print, heat transfer, full-color sublimation, woven labels and custom hangtags — matched to the fabric and wash expectation.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells and handles matched to the load
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Canvas & cotton
Natural cotton and canvas in a range of weights for retail and brand totes that take print and washing well.
Non-woven PP
Lightweight non-woven polypropylene for promotional and event totes at high volumes and low unit cost.
RPET & polyester
Recycled RPET and polyester woven shells for grocery and reusable programs, with material documentation on request.
Insulated laminates
Foam-lined, foil-backed laminates for cooler totes that hold temperature for grocery and food delivery.
Handles & hardware
Webbing, cotton tape or rope handles with reinforced bartacks, plus zippers, snaps and D-rings as specified.
Recycled options
RPET and organic cotton lines where a lower-impact material is part of the brief, with documentation available on request.
Four programs, four different loads
A promotional non-woven tote and an insulated grocery tote share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the load it has to carry.
Retail & brand totes
Canvas and cotton totes for retail packaging and brand giveaways, with print that survives daily use and washing.
Promotional & event
Non-woven and RPET totes for trade shows, events and high-volume giveaways at low unit cost.
Insulated & grocery
Foam-lined cooler totes for grocery, meal-kit and food delivery programs that hold temperature in transit.
Eco & reusable
Organic cotton and RPET reusable totes for sustainability-led retail programs, with material documentation.
A tote bag program with dates you can plan around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom-dyed fabric can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Use & load
What the tote carries, how it is printed and the destination market. We flag fabric, base and handle spec before sampling starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample with your fabric, print and hardware, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Print & load check
You check the print, handle strength, base shape and logo placement. Approved specs stay on file for the reorder.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing, printing and packing in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and print complexity.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
