Custom training bag manufacturer Built around the session, not a generic duffel
Ronta builds private-label training bags for coaches, academies and fitness brands. Equipment pockets, ball storage and carry are set against the session plan before the first sample. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
Pockets that fit the kit
Generic pockets sized by guess. Cones sit loose, a clipboard does not fit, and the coach digs through one big compartment.
A ball bag that breathes
A sealed mesh that holds moisture and mildew against the balls after a wet session.
Carry that takes a loaded bag
A single stitch at the grab handle. That is where a loaded equipment bag fails first on the way to the pitch.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so brand color, webbing and hardware drift between seasons.
Training bag types, built around the session
Each style can be reworked with your fabric, brand colorway and pocket plan. Pockets are sized to your equipment list.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A training bag is defined by what it holds, how it vents and how it carries. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that does not fit the kit.
Equipment architecture
Cone pockets, bib compartments, clipboard sleeves, ball storage and a first-aid pocket are planned as separate volumes so the coach finds each item fast.
Carry system
Grab handles, padded shoulder strap, backpack straps, or a telescoping handle and wheels. The carry is chosen for how far the kit moves to the pitch.
Shell & base
600D or 1680D polyester with a tarpaulin or molded base that survives being set down on turf, dirt and gym floors.
Color & branding
Pantone-matched brand colorways, woven labels, embroidery and screen print. A flat panel is reserved for your academy or brand logo.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with lockable pulls, metal D-rings, fence hooks and custom zipper pullers. Hardware color is held on the sample card.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells and hardware matched to the pitch
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Heavy shells
1680D and 900D ballistic polyester for wheeled gear bags and equipment bags that take daily abrasion and a loaded ball count.
Everyday shells
600D polyester for backpacks, bib bags and accessory pouches where weight and pack-down matter more than heavy load.
Bases & abrasion
Tarpaulin or molded EVA bases on every bag that sits on turf or a gym floor, so the bottom does not soak through or wear through.
Ventilation
Mesh panels and grommeted ball bays that let used gear breathe, with lining fabric chosen to resist mildew.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with lockable pulls, metal D-rings, fence hooks and custom zipper pullers held on the sample card.
Recycled options
RPET polyester where a lower-impact line is part of the brief, with material documentation available on request.
Four programs, four different sessions
A coach clipboard bag and a wheeled equipment bag share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the session it serves.
Coaching & sideline
Coaching bags with clipboard sleeves, whistle pockets and a first-aid compartment so the coach runs the session from one organized bag.
Academy & equipment
Wheeled gear bags that carry cones, bibs, balls and hurdles to the pitch, with a base that survives turf and dirt.
Ball programs
Mesh ball carriers sized to a ball count, with a closure and carry strap rated to the load and a mesh that lets balls dry.
Fitness & personal training
Hydration packs and personal trainer bags with accessory pockets for bands, timers and a change of clothes.
A training bag program with dates you can plan a season around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom-dyed fabric can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Equipment & session
Which equipment goes in the bag, the session type, and how it is carried. We flag pockets, ball storage and base before sampling starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample after materials and pocket layout are confirmed, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Fit & load check
You load the sample with the real equipment, check the pocket fit, the carry under load and the logo placement. Approved specs stay on file.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing and inspection in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and fabric availability.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
Questions buyers ask before a training bag order
Practical answers on MOQ, sampling, equipment pockets and ball storage — the details that decide whether a training bag fits the session.
We produce training duffels, backpacks, agility equipment bags, coaching bags, accessory pouches, wheeled gear bags, ball carriers, bib bags, first aid bags, hydration packs, whistle pouches, and personal trainer bags. Every style is built to your custom equipment list, colorway and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style and colorway. Stock-fabric builds can sometimes start lower. Custom-dyed fabric or dedicated tooling may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. Send the equipment list — cones, bibs, clipboard, balls — and we lay out pocket width, depth and sleeve count around it before the pattern is cut.
Yes. We size the mesh carrier, closure and carry strap to the ball count and ball size you specify, with mesh gauge chosen so balls dry and breathe.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
Approved patterns, material cards and hardware samples stay on file, so a reorder matches the original sample in color, dimension and pocket layout. New colors can be added without repeating the full development cycle.
We export to more than 60 countries, including North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with commercial documents for your broker.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings or samples. Patterns and branding developed for your project are used only for your orders.
