Custom transport bag manufacturer Built around the cargo, not a generic duffel
Ronta builds private-label transport bags for logistics, equipment and freight programs. Load rating, base reinforcement and carry are set against the cargo before the first sample. MOQ from 500 pieces. Sampling in 7–12 days. One 3,000 m² facility in Xiamen, in production since 2011.
What gets left off the spec, and what we write down
These are construction choices we lock on the sample card. They are not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it — we do not invent pass results.
A base that takes the load
A thin base that wears through where the bag is dragged or set down, and soaks through on a wet dock.
Straps rated to the cargo
A single stitch at the handle. A loaded transport bag pulled by the strap rips the stitching and drops the cargo.
A closure that holds
A light zipper that splits open when the bag is full, spilling cargo in transit.
A reorder that no longer matches
No material card, so color, webbing and hardware drift between batches.
Transport bag types, built around the cargo
Each style can be reworked with your fabric, colorway and load rating. Carry is matched to how the cargo moves.

Six decisions that make the bag yours
A transport bag is defined by how much it carries, how it is moved and what it survives. Leaving any of those open is how a sample arrives that does not fit the cargo.
Load & volume
Capacity is set by what the bag must hold, and the load rating is confirmed on the sample with the real cargo weight — not a guess.
Carry system
Grab handles, end handles, shoulder straps, or a telescoping handle and wheels. The carry is chosen for how the cargo is moved — hand, shoulder, or rolled.
Shell & base
600D to 1680D polyester with a tarpaulin or molded EVA base that survives docks, truck beds and warehouse floors.
Color & branding
Pantone-matched colorways, contrast webbing, woven labels, embroidery and screen print. A flat panel is reserved for your logo and a label window.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with lockable pulls and storm flaps, metal D-rings, heavy-duty buckles and custom zipper pullers. Hardware is held on the sample card.
Packing & labels
Individual polybags, hangtags, barcodes and export carton marks to your warehouse spec. Your labels and SKU coding — no factory branding on the finished bag.
Shells and hardware matched to the cargo
These are construction choices, not lab certificates. If your program needs third-party testing, we can arrange it.
Heavy shells
1680D ballistic polyester for freight and cargo bags that take daily abrasion and a loaded, dragged cargo.
Everyday shells
600D polyester for totes, duffels and storage bags where weight and pack-down matter more than heavy load.
Bases & abrasion
Tarpaulin or molded EVA bases on every bag that sits on a dock or truck bed, so the bottom does not soak through or wear through.
Webbing & straps
Heavy-duty webbing bar-tacked and box-stitched into reinforced panels, with load rating confirmed on the sample under real cargo weight.
Hardware
YKK or equivalent zippers with lockable pulls and storm flaps, metal D-rings, heavy-duty buckles and custom zipper pullers.
Recycled options
RPET polyester where a lower-impact line is part of the brief, with material documentation available on request.
Four programs, four different cargos
A warehouse tote and a wheeled cargo bag share a sewing line, but not a spec. We build each around the cargo it has to move.
Logistics & freight
Heavy-duty freight bags with reinforced bases and rated handles for moving cargo across docks, truck beds and warehouse floors.
Wheeled & rolling
Wheeled cargo bags with telescoping handles and skate wheels for heavy loads that would wreck a shoulder strap over distance.
Equipment & field
Equipment duffels with carry straps and a base that survives the field, for programs that move gear between sites.
Storage & warehouse
Totes and storage bags with label windows for warehouse and inventory programs that need the bag to stack, store and identify.
A transport bag program with dates you can plan around
Ranges below are what we quote. Peak season and custom-dyed fabric can move them — the confirmed schedule is in the quotation.
Cargo & use case
What the bag carries, how it is moved, and what it survives. We flag load rating, base and carry before sampling starts.
Pre-production sample
A physical sample after materials and construction are confirmed, built the way the bulk order will be built.
Load & carry check
You load the sample with the real cargo, check the carry under load, the base on the floor and the logo placement. Approved specs stay on file.
Bulk
Cutting, sewing and inspection in our 3,000 m² Xiamen facility. Lead time depends on quantity and fabric availability.
Cartons out
Polybags, hangtags and carton marks to your warehouse spec. FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP by sea or air, with commercial documents for your broker.
Questions buyers ask before a transport bag order
Practical answers on MOQ, sampling, load rating and materials — the details that decide whether a transport bag fits the cargo.
We produce cargo bags, wheeled transport bags, equipment duffels, heavy-duty transport bags, freight bags, storage bags, transport totes, cargo carry bags, transport backpacks, padded transport cases, and utility transport bags. Every style is built to your custom cargo, load rating and branding.
MOQ generally starts at 500 pieces per style and colorway. Stock-fabric builds can sometimes start lower. Custom-dyed fabric or dedicated tooling may need a higher quantity, confirmed in the quotation.
Yes. We confirm the load rating on the sample with the real cargo weight — handle junctions are bar-tacked and box-stitched, and the load path is checked, not assumed.
Yes. Wheeled transport bags use skate wheels and a telescoping handle, with a reinforced base rated to the load. The wheel and handle spec is confirmed in the quote.
Pre-production samples take 7–12 days after materials are confirmed. Bulk production is typically 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and fabric availability. The confirmed schedule travels with the quotation.
Approved patterns, material cards and hardware samples stay on file, so a reorder matches the original sample in color, dimension and load rating. New colors can be added without repeating the full development cycle.
We export to more than 60 countries, including North America, Europe, Australia and the Middle East, on FOB, CIF or DDP terms, with commercial documents for your broker.
Yes. We can sign an NDA before reviewing drawings or samples. Patterns and branding developed for your project are used only for your orders.
