Production Process
Specification Review
We review your tech pack, sample or reference bag, confirm volume, load carry, MOLLE layout and target price, then quote fabric and hardware options.
Pattern & Prototype
Pattern makers build the graded pattern and a first prototype on the production line, so proportions and strap geometry are proven before sampling.
Sampling
A pre-production sample with your camouflage, branding and hardware is delivered in 7–12 days for physical approval and field feedback.
Bulk Production
Cutting, stitching and assembly run on dedicated lines in our 3,000 m² Xiamen factory with photo updates at agreed milestones.
Inspection
In-line checks at every operation plus a final AQL 2.5 inspection on dimensions, stitch density, hardware pull strength and packing.
Export
Cartons are packed to your retail or bulk requirements and shipped FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP with full export documentation.

What is the MOQ for custom tactical bags?
Custom tactical bag programs start at 500 units per style. Laser-cut MOLLE panels, custom camouflage printing, specialized hardware and Pantone dyeing can push the practical minimum higher because material suppliers set their own minimums. Multi-style programs in one shipment keep the total order efficient, so tell us your full range and we will confirm a workable MOQ per style.
Can you manufacture tactical bags from a physical sample?
Yes. Many buyers send a physical sample or a competitor bag instead of a tech pack. We measure it, reverse-engineer the pattern, document construction and hardware, and build a pre-production sample for your approval. You can also send sketches, reference photos or a written specification — our pattern makers will translate it into a manufacturable product.
Which fabrics and camouflage patterns do you work with?
We source 500D/1000D Cordura-style nylon, 600D/900D polyester, ripstop nylon, 210D pack cloth and stretch woven panels, with PU or PVC backing for water resistance. Camouflage options include Multicam-style prints, woodland, digital, flecktarn, A-TACS-style and solid coyote, ranger green, olive drab, khaki and black. Custom printed camouflage is available with your own artwork, subject to mill minimums.
Can you customize MOLLE webbing, laser-cut panels and hardware?
Yes. We build both MOLLE webbing and laser-cut laminated MOLLE panels, and specify buckles, D-rings, carabiners, zipper pulls, hook-and-loop patch areas, side compression straps, bungee cord systems, hydration ports and padded belt systems to your design. Hardware brand and color are confirmed on the sample before bulk.
How long does sampling and bulk production take?
Pre-production sampling takes 7–12 days after specification and artwork are confirmed. Standard bulk production runs 35–45 days after sample approval, depending on style complexity, material availability and order quantity. Every quote includes a production timeline with sampling, bulk and shipping dates.
What quality checks apply to tactical bags?
Incoming fabric is checked for shade, weight, coating and abrasion performance. In-line checks verify stitch density, bar-tacks at stress points, webbing placement, MOLLE spacing, seam alignment and hardware attachment. A final AQL 2.5 inspection covers dimensions, zipper cycling, strap and handle pull strength, colorfastness, cleanliness and packing before cartons are sealed.
Do you support private label branding on tactical bags?
Yes. Branding options include embroidery, rubber and PVC patches, woven and printed labels, hook-and-loop morale patches, screen print, heat transfer, custom zipper pulls, laser-engraved hardware and printed hang tags and packaging — all applied to your Pantone references for a fully private-label program.
How do you ship tactical bag orders from China?
We ship FOB Xiamen, CIF or DDP door-to-door by sea or air to more than 60 countries, with commercial invoices, packing lists and compliance documentation prepared for your customs broker. Multi-category orders can be consolidated into one container to reduce landed cost.
